Then you write in one single form, take the sender from your Amtsprofil if you like, and get a DIN 5008 PDF at the end, so you never have to fret over line spacing and margins. The salutation generator lands the right opening and sign-off - from a plain 'Sehr geehrte Frau Dr. Meyer' to the diplomatically tricky business of addressing several recipients at once. And when your letter needs to go out in several languages, the multilingual merge keeps the same version tidily side by side.

At the end there is often a clean break. The cancellation tool helps you cancel contracts and subscriptions, computes a guide date for the end and tells you how to prove receipt. The resignation letter writes your resignation as an employee. With cancellations the form itself decides whether they are valid and whether the deadline holds, which is why they get their own section in the workshop.
