Withdraw from a contract

Use this function to send us your withdrawal declaration electronically. No login, reason, or access to your original checkout session is required.

The statutory withdrawal period is generally 14 days, but whether and how the right applies depends on the contract and circumstances. We record the exact receipt time and review payment, refund, invoice, and access consequences separately.
