Report illegal content

Use this form to report specific content on Werkzeu.ge that you believe is illegal. It is available to users, non-users, trusted flaggers, authorities, and organizations.

For an ordinary rule violation, you can also use the report button next to the content. For emergencies or an immediate danger to life, contact the competent emergency service.

Listing rules (Werktafel)

These rules apply to every listing, offer, and message on the Werktafel job board.

Commercial or private - always stated

Every Werktafel listing says whether the poster is acting commercially or privately. That line is derived from what the poster declared and it cannot be hidden.
It matters: with a commercial poster, consumer rules such as warranty and withdrawal can apply. With a private poster they generally do not.
Declaring yourself private while acting commercially is a rule violation and gets the listing removed.

What a listing may not contain

Contact details in the public text. The board is anonymous until the handshake, and we strip them automatically.
Unlawful content: fraud, undeclared work offers, counterfeits, weapons, drugs, anything a court would call illegal.
Insults, threats, hate speech, and content targeting a private individual.
Spam, advertising with no actual order behind it, and the same listing posted over and over.
Work offers that require a qualification the poster knows the bidder cannot legally hold.

How the board sorts

Category match first, then region match (remote counts as a match), then the most recently pinned listing. That is the whole ranking.
There is no hidden score, no paid placement, and no personalization. Clicks do not make a listing more visible.

How moderation works

Anyone can report a listing, an offer, or a message with the report button next to it. Serious or legal matters go through the form above.
A moderator decides: the content stays online, it is restricted (off the public board), or it is removed.
Every decision carries a statement of reasons. Nothing is deleted silently - a removed listing is hidden, not destroyed, so the decision stays reviewable.
The affected person is notified in the app with that exact statement.

How to appeal

Open Werktafel, go to "My activity" and the "Appeal" tab. Every decision that hit you is listed there with its statement of reasons.
You get one appeal per decision. Write in your own words why the decision is wrong.
A different person decides the appeal than decided the report. You get the outcome and its reason in the app.
If the appeal succeeds, your content comes back.

What the Werktafel is not

We are not a party to any agreement made on the board. The order, the price, and the payment are between the two of you.
We never hold your money. There is no escrow.
We are not a Steuerberater, a lawyer, or a notary, and we do not replace one. Taxes, registration, and insurance stay your own business.
