Is this a real CRM?
It is a pipeline, a contact book and everything around them - without the ballast that needs a sales-director handbook. For solo to small team: yes, a real CRM.
Do I pay per user?
One subscription, all studios. Multi-user teams start at Pro with fair seat pricing - not with a price list per module.
Do video calls work without installing anything?
Yes, right in the browser. Share the link, click in, talk. Your clients install nothing and create no account anywhere.
Where does my client data live?
Client data in the core application is stored on infrastructure we operate in German data centers. We do not sell data. External providers are listed in the privacy notice.
What makes this different from five separate tools?
Projektspiegel connects the client base, CRM deal, project, tasks, time, budget and Fakturen draft. Other individual tools in the subscription remain deliberately standalone and do not automatically share every record.
