Appointment Booking

"Does Tuesday 2 pm work? No? Wednesday 10? Also no? What do you suggest?" - scheduling by email is a ritual nobody will miss. Terminbuchung replaces it with a link: you send /termin/your-name, the other side picks a free slot, done. What Calendly does for half of America, Terminbuchung does here - just without the US cloud and without your contacts having to pass through someone else's signup funnel first.

You define your availability as weekly windows: Mondays 9 to 12, Thursdays 2 to 6, however your life actually looks. On top come the dials that separate a helpful booking tool from an annoying one: buffers between appointments so you can breathe between two calls. Lead time so nobody books you for "in 20 minutes". And a horizon so nobody reserves a slot two quarters out that you will both forget.

Your guests need no account. They open the booking page, pick a slot, enter name and email - that is it. The confirmation goes out automatically by email, with an .ics calendar file for Apple, Google, Outlook or whatever they use, plus a cancellation link in case something comes up. No "please register to continue". Booking an appointment is not a membership.

On your side, the admin takes care of itself: every booking lands as an appointment in the Fristenwächter, your central deadline radar on werkzeu.ge - right next to tax dates and notice periods sits Thursday's client call. Double-booking protection makes sure the same slot is never given out twice, even if two people click at the same moment. And the timezone logic is DST-proof: the 2 pm appointment stays at 2 pm even if the clocks change between booking and meeting.

If your appointments happen online, it continues seamlessly: on request, every booking automatically gets its own video room in Dienstbesprechung, the werkzeu.ge video conferencing tool. The link sits in the confirmation email - nobody has to install Zoom or fish a Teams link out of spam.

For teams there are team booking pages with connected contact capture: whoever books can land directly as a contact in the Kunden-Pipeline if you want. The first conversation becomes a CRM entry without retyping - the start of a customer relationship instead of a lost email address.

In short: Terminbuchung is for everyone who sells or schedules their time - consultants, coaches, craftsmen, law offices, clubs. One link instead of seven emails, German servers instead of a US cloud, and your guests are treated like guests, not like leads.
