What Daily Rituals does
A habit forms through repetition, and repetition needs a visible thread to hold on to. That is exactly what Daily Rituals provides: you set up your daily rituals and check them off every day. The checked days become a series, a streak that grows longer each day - and the longer it gets, the less you want to break it. That small ambition is the real engine behind every good habit.
You organise your rituals by time of day: morning, afternoon and evening. That way the tracker matches your real routine, from the first glass of water after getting up, through the afternoon movement break, to reading or journaling before bed. You see at a glance what is still open today and what you have already done.
If you do not want to start from scratch, the templates help. Ready-made sets for a morning routine, evening routine, health, productivity, mindfulness and learning bring sensible rituals along that you adopt and then tweak to taste. A good starting point beats a blank page almost every time.
Progress becomes visible. In the overview you see your current and longest streaks and a contribution grid that shows each day as a cell - the more consistent you have been, the fuller and richer the grid gets. This picture of your own steadiness is remarkably motivating, precisely on the days when the drive is missing.
If you are signed in, you can sync your rituals with your account so they look the same on every device. Without an account everything runs locally in your browser - your habits stay on your device, and you can export your progress any time to back it up.
Daily Rituals does not push itself on you. There are no lectures, no guilt when a day slips, and no advertising racket. It is a calm, honest tool that does one thing well: show you that you are sticking with it - day by day, cell by cell.

Who needs this
Frequently asked questions
What is a streak?
A streak is your series of consecutive days on which you completed a ritual. The longer the series, the greater the incentive not to break it. The tool shows your current and your longest streak.
Do I have to create all rituals myself?
No. There are ready-made templates for morning routine, evening routine, health, productivity, mindfulness and learning. You adopt a set and then adjust it to taste.
What is the contribution grid?
A grid in which each day is a cell. The more consistently you check off your rituals, the fuller and richer the grid gets. It makes your steadiness over weeks and months visible.
Is my data synced across devices?
If you are signed in, you can sync your rituals with your account so they look the same on every device. Without an account everything runs locally in your browser, and you can export your progress any time.
What happens if I miss a day?
Nothing dramatic. Your current streak starts over, but your longest streak and your whole history remain. The tool does not scold you - it just shows where you stand.
