What PDF Merge does
Sooner or later every application arrives in pieces: the CV as a PDF, the certificate scanned, the attachment separate, the cover letter somewhere else again. But the agency or employer wants one document. That is exactly what PDF Merge is for - it glues any number of PDFs together in the order you choose and turns them into a single file.
You simply drag your files into the window or pick them through the file dialog. Each file shows up as a card with its name and page count. If the order is wrong, you drag the cards into place. Whatever is on top comes first in the finished PDF. No guessing, no cryptic syntax.
The whole process runs with pdf-lib right in your browser. That means your documents are not uploaded, not processed on someone else's server and not stored anywhere. Sensitive things like payslips, medical reports or contracts stay where they belong - on your device. That is not just faster, it is the data-frugal way to combine PDFs.
Because nothing has to travel over the wire, merging also works offline and with no waiting. Even fat documents with lots of pages are done in seconds, because the number-crunching happens on your own processor instead of in a queue at some data center.
At the end you get one PDF with all pages in your chosen order, cleanly named and ready to send. No watermark, no page limit, no signup. Open the tool, throw your files in, download the result, done.
Features

Who needs this
Frequently asked questions
Are my PDFs uploaded?
No. Merging runs entirely in your browser with pdf-lib. Your files are neither uploaded nor stored on a server. They never leave your device.
How many PDFs can I combine at once?
There is no fixed limit. You can combine two files or two dozen. The only practical limit is your device's memory with very large documents.
Can I change the order of the files?
Yes. Each file appears as a card you can drag around. The order of the cards determines the order of the pages in the finished PDF.
Is there a watermark or page limit?
No. The result is a clean PDF with no watermark and no page limit. You need no account and no signup.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Once the page has loaded, the tool needs no internet connection. Merging happens locally on your device.
Are bookmarks and form fields kept?
Page content is carried over faithfully. Complex interactive elements like some form fields or bookmarks may be simplified during merging. For plain page content, text and images the result is identical to the original.
