Cease-and-Desist Response Helper

The Abmahnung (cease-and-desist letter) is a tool of German civil law: instead of going straight to court, the opponent demands out of court that you cease a behaviour, usually enclosing a pre-drafted cease-and-desist declaration plus a cost note.
