What Shift Schedule Planner does
Not every operation needs a full workforce system. Sometimes you just want to know who has which shift next week, without building an Excel file nobody maintains. That is exactly what the Shift Schedule Planner is for: a clean weekly grid where you bring employees and shifts together.
You add your employees and define the shift types your operation knows - early, late, night or whatever fits. Then you click through the week and assign. The week arrows jump back and forth, and one click brings you to the current week.
The plan stays readable because you can swap shifts and see open slots. So you notice right away when Saturday evening is still unstaffed, instead of spotting it on Friday. Everything happens right in the grid, no detours.
Once the plan is set, you export it as CSV for further processing or as PDF to share and print. The printout goes on the notice board, the PDF into the team chat, the CSV into your spreadsheet - however you like.
The tool runs client-side. The planning itself happens in your browser, it is fast and needs no round trip to a server. For larger teams with availabilities, rest-period checks and self-service there is the full shift planner in HR Management - this one is the lightweight variant for a quick weekly plan.
