ENImport and export
Your data is yours. It comes in via CSV with a preview, a duplicate rule and a rollback; it leaves as an archive, an export, a calendar feed or through the API. We promise no one-click migration; the preview shows what arrives.
Import with preview
The import wizard reads the header row, suggests a mapping, shows the first rows and creates records only after your confirmation. Created records can be rolled back as long as nothing builds on them.

A source format is listed only when a sample file of that system passes the import in the test suite.
Export and archive
- Organisation archive: JSON, CSV per record type and readable pages for every domain, the timeline, the inventory of all share links and, on request, the Personarium export; with a receipt and a check against the stored bytes. Stays available after a downgrade.
- Project archive: one project with tasks, time, decisions and files as a verified archive.
- Personarium export: personnel files per person, separately confirmed, with an immutable receipt.
- DATEV: booking batches and the payroll interface formats for the handover to the accountant.
- Account export: your personal data under Article 20 GDPR from the account settings.
- Calendar feeds: deadlines and project milestones as a subscribable address, titles and dates only, revocable at any time.

API
The REST API is described under version 2026-09-05: Fakturen documents with an API key, deadlines, files, forms and signed webhooks with envelope version 1. Organisation keys with module scopes are enabled. docs/api/v1.md
