Ask any provider, including us
- Do I get all my data out in open formats, including after cancelling or downgrading?
- What happens on deletion: periods, statutory retention, evidence?
- Where is my data processed and which subprocessors are involved?
- Which processing happens in the browser and which on a server?
- Does my price stay stable and where is that written down?
- Does the product replace a tax adviser, a lawyer or a data protection officer? The honest answer is no.
- Does the software decide on its own or does it only prepare until a person confirms?
- How are incidents reported and where is the history of the claims?
Our answers are above with a date and a source. If one is missing, that is a gap on our side, not grounds for an assumption about others.
