Recipes and integrations

Everything on this page is maintained by Werkzeu.ge and runs inside the product. There is no marketplace, no executable third-party code and no data leaves to a third party without your setup.

Maintained recipes

A recipe prepares work: tasks, deadlines, checklists, notices, drafts, staged handoffs. Nothing is sent, signed, paid, deleted or submitted. Set up under Organisation, Automation.

Quote accepted: propose the project: When a quote is accepted, the recipe stages the handoff into Projektspiegel and puts it in front of you for confirmation. (Trigger: Fakturen: quote accepted)
Invoice 14 days overdue: reminder draft: Prepares a reminder draft for an invoice that has been overdue for 14 days, after your approval. Nothing is sent. (Trigger: Fakturen: invoice 14 days overdue)
New employee: checklist and equipment: Starts the onboarding checklist for the new employee and creates an equipment task. (Trigger: Personarium: employee created)
Contract obligation due: task and notice: When the Fristenwächter takes up a contract obligation or a notice window, the recipe creates a task and tells the admins. (Trigger: Contracts: obligation or notice window in the Fristenwächter)
New processing system: review the DPA: Creates a review deadline for a new system without a signed DPA and stages the review in the privacy office. (Trigger: Privacy: new processing system)
Authority requested more: reminder: When you record a request for more evidence with a due date, you get an inbox notice with the due date. (Trigger: Formularamt: request for more evidence recorded)
Inspection due: prepare the work order: When a vehicle inspection with a due date is recorded, the recipe prepares a workshop task after your approval. (Trigger: Fleet: inspection with a due date recorded)

Webhook events

Signed delivery to your address, envelope version 1, an idempotency key per delivery. Set up in the REST API tool (Pro).

Calendar feeds

Subscribable addresses for your deadlines and for one project's milestones. Titles and dates only, revocable at any time. Set up under account settings and Organisation, Integrations.

Organisation API keys

Read-only keys with module scopes for projects, the minimal personnel list, file metadata and organisation deadlines, plus the Fakturen interface. Documented in the API description v1.

Files in and out

CSV import with preview in Fakturen, the organisation archive with JSON, CSV and readable pages, the project archive, the Personarium export and the DATEV formats. No migration promises: the preview shows what arrives.
