Markdown Preview

Markdown is the fastest way to write formatted text without lifting your hands off the keyboard. Two asterisks for bold, a hash for a heading, a hyphen for a bullet - the rest happens by itself. The Markdown Preview turns that into a tool you actually enjoy: you type, and the formatted version appears right beside it.

The heart of it is the split view. Your raw text on the left, the preview on the right, synced live. Prefer to write without distraction? Flip to editor only. Just want to read? Preview only. Three modes, one click between them, so the view always fits your task.

The toolbar handles the syntax when you cannot recall it. Bold, italic, heading, link, list, code block, table - one button drops the right characters in the right spot. That way people just learning Markdown get along fine while pros simply type through.
