Stay with the original, or convert deliberately to JPEG for compatibility, PNG for graphics, WebP for the best trade-off between size and quality, or AVIF for the most modern, strongest compression. The quality slider decides how hard the compression is, and optionally you can cap the maximum width to save extra space.
