What Government Office Ratings does
Before a trip to the office you mostly want to know three things: where, when and how to reach it. The directory bundles these details for citizen offices, immigration offices, tax offices, vehicle registration, registry offices, job centres, driving licence offices and land registries, colour-coded by type.
You filter by city and type of office, search the list by name or address and open the detail view with address, opening hours, phone and website. The comparison places two offices side by side when you are torn between two locations. Still check opening hours and whether you need an appointment on the office website, as they like to change.
The map only loads when you tap "Show map". Then your browser fetches map tiles from OpenStreetMap; before that, no connection goes there.
Ratings come later. Ratings are not stored yet. We will open them once reporting and moderation are ready. The rules are already set: rate the office, never individual staff, no names, no insults, one rating per office and account.

Can I rate offices yet?

Which offices are included?
Eight types: citizen office, immigration office, tax office, vehicle registration, registry office, job centre, driving licence office and land registry, across many cities in Germany. You filter by city and type to find your office.
When does the map load?

Will individual staff members be rated later?
No. Ratings will apply to the office as a whole, never individual staff. Names have no place in ratings.
