Team-Zeiterfassung neler yapar

As soon as more than a handful of people record time, the friendly timesheet quickly becomes a stack of paper nobody can tell apart at month-end. Team time tracking bundles all entries in one place and cleanly separates the employee view from the manager view.

In the employee view you clock in and out or enter your times manually when the click got lost. Every entry lands in your personal timesheet, and you see your own state without the whole team reading along.

The supervisor view shows the entries of all team members recorded in this browser. You can filter by individual employees and approve open entries one by one or all at once. The data stays on this device only and is deleted when you sign out, so save the month as CSV or PDF.

Overtime, breaks and absences are built-in figures, not after-the-fact hand calculation. The tool is oriented on German working-time law so break rules and maximum hours do not fall by the wayside. In the end you export the data as CSV for further processing or as PDF to file.

Team time tracking runs client-side and is deliberately lean. For the full, integrated HR Management with a flextime account, rest-period control, month close for payroll and links to the shift and leave planners, there is the fuller time tracking in HR Management. This tool is the quick route for small teams.

How does this differ from HR Management time tracking?

Team time tracking is the lean, client-side variant for small teams with clock-in, manual entries and approval. HR Management time tracking additionally offers a flextime account, rest-period control under German working-time law, a month close for payroll and integration with the shift and leave planners.

Is there a separate view for managers?

Yes, an employee view and a supervisor view with bulk approval. Both run in the same browser, though: the data stays on this device only and is deleted when you sign out. For per-employee phone links to clock in, use Personarium.

Süreleri sonradan ekleyebilir miyim?

Yes. Besides clocking in in real time you can create new entries manually when someone forgot the click or times need correcting.

Is the tracking compliant with working-time law?

The tool is oriented toward German working-time law and keeps breaks, overtime, and absences in view. It does not replace a review of collective agreements, works agreements, exceptions, and actual scheduling. HR Management adds warnings for rest periods and maximum hours.

How do I export the times?

The recorded times can be exported as CSV for further processing, for example in accounting, or as PDF to file and print.
