Large image files are a quiet nuisance: the email attachment is too heavy, the website loads slowly, the cloud storage fills up. Running them through a compression tool one by one takes forever. Bulk Compress takes up to fifty images at once and turns them into a clean, smaller set of files.

Processing happens on our server, the fast image library that handles large photo batches quickly too. So you do not get the sluggish browser processing but real compression that does not stall even at fifty files.

For formats you have a choice. Stay with the original, or convert deliberately to JPEG for compatibility, PNG for graphics, WebP for the best trade-off between size and quality, or AVIF for the most modern, strongest compression. The quality slider decides how hard the compression is, and optionally you can cap the maximum width to save extra space.

If you would rather not fiddle with sliders, reach for the presets. From email attachment through web-optimized, WhatsApp-ready and social media to print quality and archive copy, there is a ready setting for every purpose - including the decision whether metadata like EXIF is stripped. Stripping metadata is especially handy because location and camera data often sit unwanted in photos.
